Hi, I’m Harvey.  Currently living in Gauteng, South Africa. I travel everywhere with my DSLR (or two).  I shoot Gigs, for web sites, product, family, sports, schools, clubs, events, crèche’s, associations etc. I’ve been shooting with Minolta SLR’s since ’79 and transitioned to Nikon DSLR. I have numerous bodies and high quality glass (lenses) at my disposal.  I do practical DSLR training and photo workshops in Midrand as well as photo workshops to the Kruger National Park (to a private camp not available to the general public),  Klaserie Game Reserve and am am working on establishing regular, very exclusive photo workshops at the unique Makgadikgadi Pans in Botswana.

I also create, maintain and host websites and the photography for the site(s).

For personal pleasure I prefer ‘in the wild’ nature photography (not zoo) but am adept with other styles, such as OOB theme images, landscapes, architecture, abstracts and macro.

My portfolio pages are largely for client access to showcase a shoot, however a few pages are visible to all visitors.

I also do 2nd or 3rd shooter if you are in a bind for weddings, if your back-up shooter(s) is/are unavailable. I excel at impromptu, unawares, family images as your back-up photog but am quite capable of shooting the happy couple and entourage during the ceremony and reception.
